How selective pallet rack works?

In warehosue rack system, pallets are loaded and unloaded from the front via a lift truck following a First in/First out (FIFO) system. Usually, one row selective steel racks can stand alone near the wall, and two rows located together in a back to back configuration.The aisle width of single deep rack is about 3~3.4m, allowing almost all types of material handling trucks and vehicles to operate freely.
