Gravity Taken Efficient Warehouse Pallet Flow Racking System For Fast Stock Rotation
The warehouse pallet flow racking system is designed for fast stock rotation taking advantage of gravity for pallet storage and retrieval. As a compact storage solution, the pallet flow rack system is getting popular for its energy-saving and productivity improvement. Pallet loads can be stored in inclined rails with steel galvanized rollers.
In pallet flow racking, pallets will be placed by forklift to the storage bay on one side and the picking process will happen on the other side of the bay facilitated by gravity. With these galvanized rollers, pallet loads can slide down easily and quickly and speed can be controlled by braking systems. Since pallet loads can move relatively freely on the conveyors, pallet flow rack can also be categorized as live storage system.
