Highly Effective Gravity Carton Flow Racking System for Medium Duty Storage
The Gravity Carton Flow Racking System provides separate picking and storage paths for full and split cases, saving up to 75% in labor costs compared to static storage solutions. Consisting of a slightly angled roller and roller platform, goods are placed at one end, allowing them to slide safely and gradually descend into the picking lane.
The gravity carton flow racking system allows stock to be viewed, order preparation lanes to be kept full and stock to be replenished at the same time. First, in First out (FIFO) flow reduces operation time and keeps stock fresh.
